  • Custom Design: Selection of linens, flatware, glassware, and layered textures.

  • Floral & Botanical Curation: Selecting blooms and greenery that provide your desired aesthetic.

  • Sensory Styling: Intentional use of lighting, candles, and scents to create a sanctuary at the table.

Floral Art Direction: (more than 25 Guests) I work alongside your chosen florist to ensure every arrangement feels like a natural extension of our "Soft & Still" aesthetic. While I provide the creative direction for the floral story, a professional florist will be sourced to handle the technical design, stem prep, and on-site floral installation.

Tablescaping & Styling + Event Coordination

  • Best For: Adult birthday parties or corporate dinners where timing is everything.

  • Our Role: Designing the table top, directing the caterer, overseeing the program, and ensuring the host never has to look at their watch.

Timeline: Starting 6-8 weeks prior

What’s Included:

  • Vendor Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for the venue, caterers, and AV teams.

  • Guest Management: Overseeing check-ins, seating transitions, and the overall flow of the program.

  • Invisible Troubleshooting: Resolving logistical hiccups behind the scenes so the host never feels the friction.

Floral Art Direction: I work alongside your chosen florist to ensure every arrangement feels like a natural extension of our "Soft & Still" aesthetic.   • Vision: Acting as the lead director to ensure the aesthetic vision is carried out by all vendors.

  • Vendor Sourcing & Management: I identify and vet the right partners (caterers, photographers, and heavy decor teams) to bring the vision to life.

  • Full-Day Direction: Comprehensive on-site management from the first arrival to the final departure.

  • Timeline & Flow Strategy: Creating a logistical masterpiece that feels unhurried and effortless for your guests.
