From her foundational years helping her grandmother cater weddings and orchestrating church gatherings, to executing large-scale family reunions and multi-day destination events, Paedra has spent a lifetime mastering the rhythm of hospitality.

Her seamless execution relies on a uniquely disciplined professional background. Years spent as a surgical technician, medical coder, surgical coordinator, inventory manager, and visual merchandiser have honed an elite level of precision. This rare combination of clinical accuracy, logistical systems management, and visual spatial design ensures that no detail is left to chance. Every acquired skill directly contributes to an unparalleled ability to take a complex creative vision and execute it with absolute technical precision.

We believe that hosting a beautiful event should never cost you your peace. Soft & Still handles the full logistics of design, styling, and coordination so you can simply remain present. For intimate gatherings of up to 25 guests, we personally curate every element, including the floral design. For larger celebrations, we act as your design lead—collaborating with trusted florists to scale the botanical vision seamlessly.

While intimate tablescapes are our foundational focus, we also offer complete event coordination, full planning management and private estate commission services for clients seeking a completely seamless, stress-free execution from concept to conclusion.
